This spectacular piece (circa 1900-1915) depicts a stylized phoenix with diamond eyes holding a cat's eye chrysoberyl in its beak.

The phoenix can be worn either as a pendant or a brooch. It is marked for 14k gold and measures 1.3 inches from top to bottom by 1.15 inches wide.
